Hexacoat. is a privately owned and operated pharmaceutical coating company founded in 1984. We work with manufacturers of vitamin supplements and over-the-counter drugs to perform all of their coating needs including film, enteric and sugar coating. We are registered with the FDA and are also kosher and organic certified.

We have an in-house color matching lab that allows us to reach any color a client may want for any of our coating systems. Just send us the pantone reference or a sample of the color you want and we will make sure your pills look just like the color you requested!

Our Lead Times
are Shorter

We offer rush coating for an additional fee and cover either the delivery of the pick of the product if the company is local. We are able to coat anything between 20 kg to 350 kg. All coating is performed following strict cGMP and cGDP standards. We are FDA registered and compliant.
